The meditation takes place every day at 06:30 New Mexico Time (Albuquerque).

A few tips and info before you enter the zoom sacred space

... A little reminder for when you enter the sacred space...

Join with your Mic OFF and your Camera ON.
As a community, we like to see each other's glowing faces on the screen, this makes the experience and the connection even stronger. You will enjoy it too - However, it is not mandatory.

We invite you to rename by adding your country to your name.
It is a wonderful experience to realize from where around the world we are all connecting.

You are invited to lie down and just receive the healing if this is what you need.

You can come once or every day. The space will be opened everyday and we will be there to welcome you.

You will only hear the leader. All other mics are muted to avoid chaos.

The meditation can be led acapella, with recorded music or with live music.

This Meditation is led in English but sometimes it is led in another language.
We do our best to have translations whenever possible.

Everyone is invited to lead. Share your email address into the chat window
or send an email to [email protected] and you will be contacted.
We invite you to join a couple of times before you register to lead,
so you will feel comfortable with the process we use.

At the conclusion,
the mics are unmuted and we have a few minutes to greet each other before we leave the gathering.

The Process

What happens once you are in ?

Once you are in the sacred space one of the hosts introduces the Leader of the Day.

The Leader tunes in the group with the Adi Shakti Mantra
to connect us all to our inner wisdom and the global universal consciousness.
This is followed by the Mangala Charan Mantra for protection.

We take a moment to focus our intention.
We pray for everybody and give a dedicated attention to the persons who request special healing prayers.
Their names are scrolled through the screen so we all can read them silently.

Then the leader will give a short explanation of the way we meditate
- Mantra, Posture, Mudra, Drishti, Breath -
and
the Raa Maa Daa Saa Meditation
starts.

After the Meditation , Akaal

We take a moment to focus on the Souls that left their bodies recently and we pray for their journey to be smooth and easy.
We silently read the names for the ones who this particular prayer was requested .

Happy Birthday !

Everyday we chant and celebrate this special day if somebody in the space has its birthday!
We chant in different languages, depending on the nationality of the leader.

At the end we close the space.

We finish our gathering with the Long Time Sun song
in the language choice of the leader.
This is a wonderful moment where we enjoy the vibration of this chant,
which comes from many different places throughout the world.
To close the space, we chant "Sat Naam" 3 times.
